graduated from the university of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a MBA in Marketing. She has made a lifelong commitment to servicing the people of Louisville.

Debra Shobe Director of Community Relations

Debra graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations. She has over 30 years of relationship building in the city of Louisville. Her exemplary work ensures that there is rarely a room she isn’t known in.
